It is with great regret that I hereby inform you that, due to unavoidable circumstances, the Sutton Place Hotel Hakata, which has enjoyed your kind support in the four years since its opening, will be closing for business as of March 26, 2011 (Saturday).
Allow me to express my deepest appreciation for your patronage over the years, and wish you much good fortune in the years to come.

- Closing of the Sutton Place Hotel Hakata and Web Membership Points
- In conjunction with the closing of the Hotel, guests holding valid Web membership points may continue using them at the Sutton Place Hotel Hakata through March 26, 2011, our last day of business.
Points remain valid for stays after that date at any of our other four hotels.
We would like to present our valued guests with a small token of our appreciation for your patronage; please be sure to visit the front desk sometime during your final stay with us.
