Privacy Policy
- Renaissance Inc. ("Renaissance"), the administrator of Renaissance Group, recognizes that it is Renaissance's social responsibility to treat customers' personal information properly. Therefore, Renaissance commits itself to protecting customers' privacy by establishing privacy policy as follows and making sure that all the Renaissance staff observe and adhere to the privacy policy.

- Renaissance establishes management system to protect customers' privacy and clarifies Renaissance's roles, responsibility and authority in relation to privacy handling.

- Renaissance clarifies the purpose of use in relation to privacy handling and only uses personal information legitimately and properly to the minimum extent that fulfills the purpose.

- Renaissance takes reasonable safety measures in respect of both management and administration systems in order to prevent loss, illegal access, destruction, falsification or leak of personal information.

- Renaissance will not disclose personal information provided by customers to third parties without agreement of the customer unless a legitimate request or order is issued by government or other public office in accordance with laws or acts.

- Renaissance constantly reviews and commits itself to improving its management system and approaches to privacy protection.
